JAY K. CHERNEY, Ph.D
Jay K. Cherney, Ph.D. is a psychologist, consultant, mediator, speaker and performer. He brings a wealth of clinical experience to the work of facilitating collaborative relationships in teams and organizations, and helps clients construct more useful conversations. In his keynote speech "Conversations That Work" Jay explains how the most constructive human encounters involve minimizing advocacy and expanding the mutual exploration of the stories and experiences behind each position. A co-owner of Appreciative Inquiry Consulting, Jay has worked with healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, including several Johnson & Johnson companies. He is also a mediator for the US Postal Service. Jay lives near Philadelphia, PA.
